Quality transformation HTML into Text files or RTF with images, tables. The output RTF files less than HTML files and you may open theirs as DOC files in Word. Average speed of converting 10 files per/sec. Also you may import RTF files in any text editor, such as WordPad or Page Maker. RTF files are very convenient for editing and their size less than DOC files. The program in addition has a command line interface.
