File Rules

Reviewed by Marcela Thesz

File Rules just uses keywords to organize and store any kind of files and documents. Is a new kind of file manager that totally replaces traditional hierarchical tree structures normally used to organize and categorize files. The integral solution provided by File Rules contemplates the relations to any type of file. File Rules is integrated with: > MS Explorer, to manage websites and the files downloaded from them. > MS Word / MS Excel, to manage .doc and .xls file-types. > MS Outlook, to manage e-mails, other Outlook items and .pst files.> Windows Explorer, to manage other file types.
