It can change virtually every aspect of the Windows GUI such as title bars, push buttons, the Start bar, radio buttons, scrollbars and more. WindowBlinds 4.2 supports changing the toolbar icons in Internet Explorer and Explorer as well as changing the progress animations (copy, move, delete).
