BulletProofSoft Bait & Switch. WATCH OUT

Reviewed by Erik Jackson

Supposed to convert RM files to AVI.
didnt work.
didn't work. And then the company didn't support it.
I procured BPS' Video Converter and decompiler. I do DVD conversion projects and had been asked to port RM files to DVD. The BSP website claimed their software did this conversion. However, it did not. I contacted their Support and they instructed me to REINSTALL the software. Then they told me it was my issue. And then finally, they told me "oh yeah, we're sorry, we don't really do this. I was outraged! They had made me miss a commitment with my client, and yet their basic stance was "yeah, we advertised this falsely, but too bad." I sent email to their owners via the SALES and GENERAL mailboxes of their website...and received no answer. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS. BAD NEWS - BAIT AND SWITCH.
